Turkey Trip

Here are a few pictures of Tarsus, Turkey. There are 350000 people in Tarsus. As you may remember this is where Paul who wrote most of the New Testament lived.
We visited the site they call his home which has been excavated along with a portion of the "Roman Road".

From what I am told, there are only 8, yes I said eight (8) Turkish believers who live here... They suffer great persecution here. Many expect to be martyred. However the love of Christ is abundant here and shows through the believers we met. We are encouraging them to continue to walk in Love toward their unbelieving fellow countryman that He might be seen in them.

Wings of Eagles Banquet

This is the date and place of the Wings of Eagles International fundraising banquet.

This year we have a special surprise. We will be giving away a 2.89 karat SI1 Leo diamond ring.

The ring is valued at $47,000.00.

One couple, will go home with this beautiful ring.

Tickets are $1000.00 per couple. Keep in mind that this is a donation to our ministry. It is tax deductible less the price of the meal. (approx $30.00 each meal) Tickets for the drawing will be offered at the banquet (only one per couple) for $1.00.

If you live out of town and would like to make a donation of $1000.00 towards the ministry, and can't make it to the banquet, we will provide a meal for one of the women in our "Second Chance Ministry" to sit in your place. If you choose to purchase a ticket for the drawing we will enter your name in the drawing.
